Redesigning WEB Du Bois’ idea of the Talented Tenth. Once I read that we have a million dollars in our brain, we just have to figure out how to get it out; I took that idea and maximized it, well x10. Everything is measured in numbers and 10 is such a unique number. So many meanings, sayings, and quotes around it. Deriving from my hobbies, interests, and skills; 10 unique businesses. “You gotta have real skill, gotta work for that. Yes! As I am transforming my hobbies and interests into a business. I AM A BRAND, THEE BRAND! Di’Shon Oshea, Inc.  Our creativity knows no bounds. From fashion to art and production, we specialize in turning creative ideas into reality. With imagination, creativity, and ingenuity at our core, we bring even the wildest dreams to life.

The foundation, groundwork, and networking was intentionally designed and crafted on Monday, October 16, 2000. 23 years later, October 16, 2023, his 23rd birthday, Di’Shon kicked off what he initiated as his “Jordan Era” using Kobe’s “Mamba Mentality”. Since then, he went back to his roots and discovered all of his childhood hobbies and talents and the lightbulb went off. At the point of time, 3/10 ventures have already been crafted but the idea went from maximizing the businesses to maximizing my entire life. Counting and leaving out nothing, Di’Shon dreamed for Di’Shon Oshea, Inc. to be a top ranking conglomerate, family corporation, and overall just a successful business. 

As Founder, CEO, President, and CFO; Di’Shon planned diligently to create and master the business plan but, “no I couldn’t do it all alone, WE!” - Nicki Minaj on Moment 4 Life. With the help of my family and close friends, there has been hands on deck to start this company from the ground up off a mustard seed. 

Originating and based in the comfort of our family home in Gainesville, Florida; Di’Shon Oshea, Inc. will not be limited to just Gainesville. With goals of being GLOBAL, Di’Shon Oshea, Inc. will be a company and brand that everyone will know and apply into their everyday life or creative ventures. 

Knowing that we live in an eat or be eaten ALIVE world, you have to have a steady cash flow or decent income to survive or even stay afloat, I always wanted to be a business owner as owning my own zoo has been the end goal since high school, but during this era, why not start it now? What is stopping me? Nothing meaning that I already started each business myself throughout the first 23 years of my life. So it’s crazy, that it feels indebted to younger Shon to continue dreaming, fulfill the promises, and achieve all the magnitudes of greatness you envisioned. With a passion for always improving and learning how to navigate the way of the world, I rather create and work my own hours and be my own boss than work under someone else and only make an under-valued salary. Creating Di’Shon Oshea, Inc. would allow me to be in my element at any given time I decide plus since they are derived from my passions it will only make the time and crafts more valuable and fun.

And lastly, to answer some questions to explain a little more deeply. What is the story behind the company name? Well growing up, Di’Shon is known as a smart, fun, and all above happy and lit person that when his name was mentioned it was pretty much in the manner of someone wanting something. Learning the meaning of my names, when planning and deciding, nothing was coming to me until I prayed and boom came Genesis 36:21. I read the verse, and Di’Shon was it, but what goes with it? I wanted it to describe me well and also encapsulate everything I was bringing to the table. This could not get any better! Di’Shon was a duke in the Bible; in which duke means “hard worker”. Oshea is derived from the Bible also, HOSEA, but as I was searching for the meaning I got tagged in a post on Facebook and HOSEA 4:6 was at the bottom of the post. It answered my question and felt like it was very much God given. As I asked, I received.
